Toyota of Cedar Park Service

Don't even bother with a used vehicle from here. I was sold a used car with no emergency brake, they "fixed" it and the brakes started shuttering not but a few miles down the road. Spent 2 hours to basically be told "don't worry we will do it right this time" The e brake is literally #3 on the "160" point inspection. Don't trust the inspection, don't trust the service.

Great experience from the moment you arrive, service transportation home and back to the dealership for pickup. The team’s customer service is was best in class and made a normally painful experience the exact opposite.

I've had mixed experiences at Cedar Park Toyota Service Center, BUT Zsolt Lengyel understands customer service! His attention to detail and willingness to listen to the customer might make me a repeat customer. If the other personnel would stop taking pictures of my VIN number, I'd feel comfortable returning.

Had an wonderful experience with them last weekend. After an unexpected breakdown in the sun roof I went to the service center where I was welcomed by Zach Ford and helped me book the first available appointment and took my car and closed the opening to keep the interior clean. I was given a rental 2025 car until mine got fixed. I liked the professional communication and the service. Shout out to Zach Ford

I came here after going to several other Toyota dealerships in San Antonio. One I left because before I was out of my vehicle they were already at my door asking questions. One of the other ones tried offering me 9k less than the lowest nada/carmax/caravan offer Arriving at cedar park I met the salesman I spoke with when I called to confirm the vehicle was there. Chris was professional and not pushy at all. I left about a hour and 45 minutes after I got there with a deal that I was happy with.
