Drove 45 minutes to grab parts to be told the parts department is closed. Online it is advertised as being open till 4:30pm on Saturdays. Upon asking about seeing if someone could grab my parts the salesmen just said there was nothing they could do. Left with no parts and down 45 minutes of gas.
Visited with an employee to have some parts ordered to DMACC and was incredibly pleasant and no issues in November; called today and explained I needed another part and even talked to the parts manager who treated me like the most incompetent person ever. He even tried to tell me they hadn't delivered any other parts to DMACC since November of 24, complete lie! Parts and Service is typically where $$ comes from for a dealership, hopefully they figure out some better customer service. Wilson Toyota customer now!!!
Their pricing is outrageous and we purchased a vehicle from this dealer yet a dealer 100 miles away has the same oem part for half the cost.
