Went to Toyota of HACKENSACK NJ service for a tire pressure sensor repair and the price I was quoted was over $300 with tax I got the same repair done at Hudson Tire Exchange for $94 with tax included . I recommend getting a quote else where before committing to this place for a repair

I was a legacy customer til today. Been going here ten years. I went for an oil change yesterday. Needed tuneup + open to mechanics recommendations. I was assigned to Marissa. Lazy and indifferent. Refused apply available website coupon, while she sat at her company compiter w/ full access. Implored me to search online myself w/ my poor phone data reception in the short span of time allowed for the intake. Then she ignored my messages all day when I evemtually found the coupon and requested added svc per mechanics recommendation (mechanic said aineeded tail lights; a safety hazard that could get me stopped by coos if unadressed). I decided to go for it but I Couldnt reach Marissa all day and she returned no mesgs. So I have to lose more time from work to finish servicing my car. At this

WARNING TO CUSTOMERS! .... I bought my car 17 months ago and I have always brought it to this service for regular maintenance. I took my Toyota Sienna to the same service for a 51,000 mile oil change on 27.05.2025. While I was waiting for my car, an officer came to me and asked if we should clean the injectors and throttle body on the vehicle. I thought it was a mandatory procedure that should be done during routine service and said do it. I paid an additional $340 in addition to the $80 oil change. When I got home I did some research. I realized that the service did not enlighten me sufficiently and that they were causing me financial loss by doing unnecessary maintenance that was not due. I can't say enough good things about the service center. I pulled my car out of east coast to have my problem solved with a recall issue. The manager Bob , listened to my concerns , made suggestions, looked up recalls , and made me an appointment ASAP in ten minutes. I brought my car in Marissa and the team were Profesional and understanding from finish to end. Great job guys ! Keep up the good work.
