Scam 🚨 I scheduled my 40,000-mile service through the Toyota app, and the price was clearly shown as $119. However, when I arrived at the dealership, the final bill was increased to $180. I was told that my car requires a more expensive oil, which was the reason for the higher charge. If my vehicle requires a specific type of oil, that pricing should be reflected accurately in the Toyota app at the time of booking. Showing one price in the app and then increasing it at the dealership feels misleading and lacks transparency. I would appreciate clearer pricing upfront so customers know exactly what they are agreeing to before arriving for service.

My wife went in for an oil change and some minor work. She needed tires, and they tried to push more expensive tires than what she wanted. After some negotiation, they agreed to price match to another tire dealer. She agreed and left the vehicle. Hours later they sent her the invoice which was hundreds of dollars more than she had agreed to. They had left off labor on the estimate. A service center forgetting they need to bill for something they bill for in every case is absurd. They went at her as the stereotypical 'female doesn't understand cars'. We will not be going back.

This is by far the most accommodating and helpful service center I have been to. All the advisors are really friendly and kind and provide great updates and thoughts on any issues with your vehicle. They went above and beyond ensuring I had the right rental vehicle to meet my needs, even swapping it out for a different one when my needs changed, while my car was in for extended service waiting on a part. Anytime a light comes on on my vehicle, they are able to get me in the same day. I usually do not use dealer service centers, but will be making an exception and always having my Toyota serviced here. You guys are doing it right, keep it up!

I am officially fed up with the service center and their abysmal customer service. Every moment there you feel like you're being scammed, you see the walls plastered with promotions. Once they get their hooks in you with contact information, you'll receive email after email of promotions for various services. If you turn down one of their services (that are extremely overpriced when compared to the rest of the market) wIthin days, you'll be bombarded with emails telling you that you can get that service that you were just quoted at an outrageous price for ... Wait! Act NOW! ten percent off! Wait another couple days? twenty percent off! GASP! I understand the business model, its deplorable, but I get it. Most people would pay anything just to get it over and done with rather than have to m
