Great experience at the parts department. Needed headlight bulbs and they assisted with the correct part and gave me an excellent price. Very knowledgeable and courteous. If you need Toyota parts, this is a great dealership to consider.

I took my car in for an "in between regular service" problem that just came up. I had an appointment, but they were running somewhat behind. The agent was able to tell me what they would probably need to do to troubleshoot the use, and that it would be a couple of hours till they could look at it. She offered me a shuttle ride home, which I accepted, so I was able to get some chores done at home instead of cooling my heels there, though their waiting area is all renovated and very comfortable. She called me back about when I expected, and had one of the shuttle drivers come and pick me up and take me back to the dealership. I've only been in here for Toyota parts and I've had a really positive experience. The people are nice and friendly and fast. Definitely recommend ordering online and picking up in store to save a few bucks tho!
