Toyota of Murray

We were in a time crunch to get a new vehicle due to work obligations. Toyota of Murray was the only dealer in the area that had my color and model, which was the TRD Pro. We worked with Ashlynn by phone to reach a deal, and she was excellent to work with. Given our accelerated timeline, she and Becky completed all our paperwork and had it ready for my signature upon my arrival. I believe Ashlynn even waited for us beyond her quitting time so we could meet her in person and congratulate me on our new vehicle. We greatly appreciate Toyota of Murray and will look to them for future vehicle purchases.

Great experience with Ashlyn as our sales rep, we were buying our sons first vehicle. There was a few things we wanted corrected on the truck and they took care of it no problem. Becky Willett was awesome when it came to the financing of the truck. She explained ever Very well and thorough. Being his first vehicle she took her time to explain all the details to him.

I purchased a new Toyota Land Cruiser through Ginger in late February. She did an amazing job from start to finish having and or getting any information I requested quickly. Becky in finance was awesome as well. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and she took care of all the necessary documents in a quick and orderly fashion. Having purchased many cars over the years I can say without a doubt this has been the easiest. transaction ever. No annoying up selling nonsense that I don't want. Ginger provided a fair price to start with that beat every local dealer from my area. I've always thought that buying a car was as much fun as a root canal, this was more like a ice cream party. Ended up with a great deal on a 2024 Altima and didn’t feel pressured at all into purchasing, super happy with how easy it was to complete my purchase! Russ and Becky were efficient and kind and helped everything run smoothly, thank you!

Used the Toyota app to locate inventory locally. Very easy to figure out alongside the internet price matching the sticker. Went to Toyota of Murray and within a min I got handed the keys to test drive the car I've been wanting to drive since 2022. I ended up having a very easy buying experience with them and the staff was wonderful to deal with.
