I came in fully prepared and determined to purchase a Toyota Highlander. However, I was also genuinely interested in briefly test driving a Lexus, not to waste anyone’s time, but to make an informed decision in case I ended up liking the Lexus better. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to submit to a credit check just to test drive the Lexus, which makes absolutely no sense. I have never been required to run my credit simply to take a vehicle for a short test drive. Even more frustrating, a friend of mine recently test drove a Lexus at this very location without a credit check, which is exactly why I felt comfortable asking to do the same. Sales guy, Alfonso asked to set up appointment to come in, did so, drove from across DFW, come to find out vehicle was not on lot, told "sent to auction". He said it was sent out in the morning, he could have communicated that to me when i sent a message to him in the morning, and again when I sent a text 30 min prior to arrival. He said it could be pulled off auction if we agree upon price, and said i would get a good deal since it was end of month and going to auction, came back with a price higher than they advertised online with their add on fees and warranty. This dealership is awful. I've dealt with 2 different salesmen here and both were very poor experiences. The first one, I dont remember his name, seemed like he wasn't taking me seriously at all. The second one, I believe his name was Abdullah, was rude and attitudey with me. I was checking out one of their vehicles and inspecting it's engine when he sarcastically asked my friend and I which one of us is a mechanic. Then I asked him for the Carfax history on the car and he seemed irritated that I haven't looked at it yet, turns out the car was in an accident. I told him I was willing to overlook that if he were willing to work on the price with me and he immediately said he can't do anything for me so I left. This establishment is an absolute scam. We went to purchase a vehicle for $37K and once we sat down to look at numbers, Mo (the sales manager) raised the price of the vehicle to over $41k and said the extra charges were for “maintenance” they completed. Their cars are poorly maintained and extremely overpriced, and the employees are pushy, rude, and dishonest. It’d be a better use of your time and money to purchase a brand new Toyota from the “new car” side where the employees are extremely helpful and the cars are listed for what they’re actually being sold for. Wish I could leave less than even 1 star.

**Buyer Beware** High Star Reviews are artificial. They ask for 5* reviews even before signing papers. Salesman/finance manager will be very pushy with upselling. After I had signed papers and got my plates salesman had lost both sets of keys and told me to come back the next day for a replacement. I recommend any toyota dealership that is not this one!! I made the mistake of looking at the reviews and thinking nothing of it. Don't be like me!
