Toyota of Santa Fe Express Maintenance

This is my favorite Toyota: Very reliable , fast service, honest. Sometimes they get to busy because the staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. Management will take care of you. There might be times where they will explain even the most simple detail for any service required. Best if you book an appointment; however, they take walkings. There is a local shuttle also available if you need to get dropped off to do errands near by. The manager Jennifer is always making sure staff provides the best services. Downtown is near by so you can drop of your vehicle go for lunch come back and pick it up.

Called to ask if they take walk ins so I traveled 1hr+ to Santa Fe to get here, not to mention I traveled 350+ miles from a different state and my 15k service was coming up during this trip. The closest service center where I live is 2.5 hrs away so being able to walk in was a blessing. Quoted 2 hours at the longest which was fine since I was going to go eat and drop off another vehicle down the road for tires. It take about 1hour 15min as I was called during lunch. Great customer service here. I would highly recommend this location for your maintenance needs.

I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the service provided by Toyota of Santa Fe Express. However, Madison, the person I spoke with regarding a missed call, was rude and dismissive for no reason. When I asked about the reason for the call (I was on another line when they called me), she neglected to provide any details. I then confirmed that I have an upcoming appointment and was told "you don't need to call back" -- when I was ensuring that my appointment hadn't been canceled or rescheduled. As someone who works 9-5 with little availability for routine car maintenance, it is not unreasonable to confirm one's appointment ahead of time. Extremely expensive. Consistantly pushes service that is not nessecary. Have to argue for them to take accountability for mistakes. There are quite a few great independent shops in Santa Fe. This place is great for convenience, however.

I was told when I took my vehicle in to unlock my tire bolts that they would order a replacement key for the locks and would call me when it was in. Now a month later I've been told that never happened and our mechanic had to break the locks to put our new tires on. Also, the lady answering the main parts li e in Santa Fe was extremely rude.
