We came in praying that we could trade in our vehicle to pay it off and find something larger, we left with a beautiful like new van. The owners and staff are amazing and done everything they could to get us in a vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience.

He listened and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The 2025 RAV4 is a perfect match for my lifestyle. The price negotiation was straightforward and transparent. The finance department explained all my options clearly and the paperwork process was efficient. Even after the sale, Thomas followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase and helped me set up all the car's features. This dealership has earned a very satisfied customer.

The last two years I've had two cars for my paint jobs both of which had 3 different engine failures... It was time to get something more reliable and safe and I prayed because I couldn't see a way but God made it happen! Toyota of sylacauga is the best I've bought many cars but this was the best.. the service, I mean everyone there was the nicest. Constantly asking us did we need drink , snacks. Or whatever as we waited for our new ride to be ready .. our seller was the best !!! And calls me to make sure all is good and that we are happy !!

Alice Ricks went beyond what most sales people would do to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even put the FJ on a lift so she could send me a video. If you know FJs you know what I was looking for. It was worth the 1:45 minute drive.
