Terrible experience at the service department. They charged me $230 to read the fault codes (you know, that thing that Auto Zone does for free) then didn't fix my problem. Had the strong impression that because my truck is older they didn't want to deal with it. They called at 1pm to say their shuttle was on the way to pick me up. It arrived at 4:45. By the time we got back to the shop everyone was gone except the cashier. Wasted a day and $230 for nothing NEVER AGAIN

Muy mal servicio y son descarados , hoy lleve un toyota cambry 2021 por diagnóstico y lo que me dijeron era que saldría por $3700 Me cobraron $240 por el "diagnostico" y ahora le hice el aprendizaje al modulo que ellos decían que no servía y ya esta listo , yo mismo arregle el problema, prácticamente me robaron esos sinvergüenzas, a veces pensamos que por ser concesionarios serán honestos pero esta vez puedo probar que solo roban y por supuesto mañana regresaré a decírselos
