These guys went above and beyond for me today and saved my road trip. Cole at the parts counter and Jacob on the service drive teamed up to get my locked lugs swapped out for standard in about 10 minutes. Small act of kindness that made a huge difference for me. I've been struggling to justify the drive to Lexus in Tacoma for mediocre service. This was just the push I needed to move all of our cars here for service moving forward.
As expected with dealerships, they got the parts wrong I ordered over the phone. That's been the case with all Toyota dealerships I've bought parts from, I wish they made their part numbers more accessible. Fortunately the people at the counter were cool and helpful.

Horrible business practice by this parts department. Up charges above MSRP compared to other local dealership. Don’t buy parts from them. Take your money elsewhere.
