Watching you multi task yesterday morning and being the only one seen working handling calls , checking in customers while other 2 just sat at their desk was frustrating! I had a scheduled appt at 10:45 and was not checked in until 10:05 ! It was frustrating . The other co- workers. didnt acknowledge or step in to help you. You definitely demonstrated good customer service skills and a good attitude through a busy morning ! Thank you

Wonderful service representative, Amanda, detail oriented and professional . Nate was incredibly helpful. The glove box fell open on the drive home and is now very reluctant to stay closed. They pulled the glove box away from the dash to change a filter (RATS) and I am wondering if this caused the reluctance to close. The mechanic placed a hat the rat had stolen on the back seat and there were pieces of work on the mats. Otherwise five stars!

Thursday 10/9/2025 was my third visit to Mid City and as always I was not disappointed. Julie Prescot assisted me even before she fired up her Computer. She saw me in Line and came and said good morning. She immediately helped me with the check in. She followed all the steps she needed to follow. I got on the North bound Mid City Van. While waiting for a phone call from Mid City to go pick up my car, the Mid City Van was outside my house. On arrival my car was ready and all the necessary work was done. Every single time I go to Mid City Julie treats me with utmost respect and professionalism. She is an asset to your company. She should be talking to new employees teaching them real customer service. Thank you for making me feel so important.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a couple of recall repairs. Everybody was helpful and polite. No problems or issues at all.
