Service Going Downhill I gave this establishment a rave review a year ago but regret that I cannot do the same now. I took my Camry in for oil change. I showed Angela the assistant manager their special offer ($15 off) for oil change. She said that will be honored. However, the discount was not applied in my final bill. Moreover, there is no explanation for the item "customer pay shop charge for repair order". What repair order? Next, Angela said my car is due for 120,000 miles general maintenance and some things need to be done. I requested her to give me a list of the service items with prices so that I can discuss it with my husband when I go home. They wrecked my car, in this place you will see a lady named (Donna) she breathes lies, my car is new and I had a very minor accident, they only had to paint 2 places, but in order to get double the money from the insurance they painted 4 places, claiming that the colors blend together, this is definitely a lie!!! They have to paint the whole car!!! After they removed the car door and parts of the interior they couldn't return everything to the way it was and these things didn't need to be removed from their place but this is the need for fraud, I went there 4 times after they told me that the car was ready but every time I didn't take it because it still had fabricated problems like the interior things that they couldn't return to the way they were, in addition to that they didn't cover t

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, ended up with a trashed trunk (buy your own wheel lock sockets like an actual Toyota dealership), AND getting my valve stem caps stolen (what the hell), AND getting my settings on my dash messed up (WHAT THE HELL). Beyond shameful. Please don't go here

Bought my fourth car there. Great service. I never had a problem. They were thorough, respectful, and efficient. Sat an hour or two in customer service room. Clean, free coffee, and TV. No complaints so far.

3/11/2025 UPDATE: Practically a year later and even after providing all requested documentation no resolution or response came from Venice Toyota. In Jan/Feb I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Immediately a response came back from Venice Toyota un-signed slandering me and full of new theories as to how the tire with the 2018 serial number on it they were supposed to have replaced was still on my car. Like there must have been a 2nd tire with a plug now. But all 4 tires were original 2018 as verifiable by Costco. My car only had 11,000 mi on it! The worst was the attempt to slander me by claiming they offered me a settlement to which I wouldn’t take to no avail wanting more!
