Tracy's Automotive Tire Pros

I have been going to Tracey's auto on 21st since I was in highschool. They are always very knowledgable and good to work with. I went in for an oil change this morning. I was the first in line and got out with in 30 minutes. I dont live close by anymore but I always go out of my way to get my service done here.

Good quick service. Use them for oil changes on my truck, but also had them do some suspension work on my son's truck, and they were able to get the work done fast and cheaper than the other quote I received.

Tracy's Automotive has been servicing our family vehicles for many years. We have found them to be knowledgeable, reliable and honest in their service work and vehicle inspections. We will continue to have them service our vehicles as long as we the Wichita area.

Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1°. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. Called ahead about damage to the sidewall of my tire. Rather then prepare for my arrival, they only bothered to order it after I arrived. After waiting 2 hours, the part was supposed to be there, but instead had just been shipped. The quality of the work was good, and the staff were friendly and polite, however, the vendors leave something to be desired. Also the customer service is lacking, don't make me wait 3 hours for something that takes 30 minutes. Don't tell me to bring it in and we can take care of it right away if you don't have the parts needed for the job. Overall not a bad experience, but I felt they weren't respectful of my time.
