Wish I could give 0 stars. Rented a tow dolly the day before it was to be picked up, drove 12 hours to get there, no one here. Supposed to be open 9-3, pick up was set for 10am, and no one is here at 1015am. We call the corporate uhaul number and all they can say is, "I dont know why no one is there. We will send you somewhere else." What a joke. So unprofessional.

Robin in sales misrepresented vehicle for sale, she was argumentative with myself and family after test drive. The vehicle listed was not in the working order Robin listed or described. When we pointed out obvious damages, Robin became loud, demanding and disrespectful. Several hour drive for my family, thank heaven we were able to discover obvious damage and condition, because Robin was not disclosing them.
