This place is hands down the best place to take your car for anything! My family has used them, so of course I took my car there when I was hit. Zero regrets! I live 45 mins away, and it was worth every mile. I have been letting all my coworkers and customers know about these guys. If you want a trusted place to take your car, don’t hesitate to call them. As much as I hope I don’t need them often, I am so glad I have a trusted place to go for any vehicle concerns or issues.

This auto body paint business is INCREDIBLE! We have needed to use this place unfortunately three times in the last six months because of other drivers mistakes and have been so wonderful. No BS and will not use after market garbage parts even when the insurance asks them to. They do it right, correct and professional.

Update January 2026: After I got my car back, my Pony Puddle Light, driver's door, wasn't working... but it was when I took the car to the shop. I called in and spoke with Jonathan. He made arrangements for me to bring it back so they could do scans to verify if it was a computer issue or a bulb issue. Turned out it was a bulb issue... it was burned out. As it was a bulb issue, Traditional was not responsible for the repair. At this point, they could have just referred me to the dealership especially given that the Pony Puddle Light is a specialty part. But no, Johnathan took the time to show me how to order the part. When it arrived, Johnathan had it installed for me. And when I asked what I owed for the installation he said, "Maybe you could give a Google review if you think we deserve

Traditional Auto Body & Paint are absolute professionals!! This place came very highly recommended from a reliable source and I was very pleased to have witnessed everything that was said about this place first hand. From the several employees I dealt with, everyone was very accommodating and explained what the process was in addition to keeping me updated four times while they had my car about the next step and the estimated completion date. They even arranged with the rental car company for the rental to be dropped off and picked up there at Traditional so I didn't have to make an extra trip. I fully appreciated their efforts and they delivered my detailed car to me so very clean inside and out. There was one small issue I noticed with a wheel after I took delivery on it. So I call

Awesome customer service. They requested I change to Enterprise before my appointment. Great advice! The Enterprise representative was already there when I arrived and I had a ride within minutes. They were prompt and courteous. I had my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
