Trail Seven

Purchased a new head unit because of my dissatisfaction with Chrysler’s Uconnect in my 2014 JK Jeep. I choose the Sony XAV-AV6000 for the Apple CarPlay and high quality, and the head unit as a Plug & Play Bundle from Trail Seven based on customer reviews for ease of installation and good customer service. The unit arrived well packaged, with excellent written instructions and the online videos were very helpful. However, as with many projects something goes wrong and we had issues getting my current back-up camera to work. Dylan in Tech Support was very helpful and patience as it took several calls to resolve this issue (we kept trying to use a camera I already is why there were so many calls). What can I say ........ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🔥 👏🏼!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!! 2024 Ford Bronco....From my first conversation with Mike at Trail Seven to the time everything arrived 🙌🏽 😀. The packaging 📦 was truly unbelievable 👀 AAAAA+++++ And when it states "PLUG & PLAY" 💯 that's what you get. I couldn't imagine someone possibly messing up the install. I followed both videos 📹 from start to finish and didn't skip a beat. The onllllyyyy change I did was add speaker 🔊 baffles to the front lower kicks. Keep up the great 👍🏼 customer service and spectacular videos.

I can't tell you how refreshing that companies like Trail Seven still exist that provide exceptional customer service with great products. When I call, I can talk to a human. They have solved all my questions and requests so quickly without missing a beat. I am truly impressed with not only their customer service but also their high end products. I swear by their alpine status speaker, sub, and amp package and look forward to buying even more of their products as they give me peace of mind that they care and will always do what's right and their products are top notch. These guys are amazing. Their products are perfect and the customer support is even better. I bought the full kicker speaker kit and down firing subs from them. I had an issue with the bigger pods for the 2024 bronco which ended up having a strong odor from the manufacturer. They got me squared away with a different set with no hassle at all. I will be making more purchases through them for sure

I usually don’t leave reviews that often so this says something. I have absolutely no idea what I was doing but knew I wanted a good audio system. I had the all-star Dylan as my customer service agent and he helped me with every single question I had. This was more important to me than you guys know, as other companies I had contacted wanted to save legal face and refused to answer, suggesting I talk to a dealer in person. So thank you Dylan for answering my dumb questions 👍. On a side note, I appreciate the protective wrapping you guys had in the package and it was an even bigger surprise when I received the nice little gift that you guys gave me. Would highly recommend.
