Trailer Hitches at U-Haul

My experience with U-Haul in Gulf Shores, AL was nothing short of disappointing. The long wait time when picking up a 15-foot truck was frustrating. However, what made it even more disheartening was when I encountered a sudden downpour on I-20 West in Texas. I had tested the windshield wipers before hitting the road, but as the rain intensified, the wiper on the passenger side suddenly broke off, leaving me with limited visibility. It was a hazardous situation that could have ended in disaster. U-Haul's lack of attention to maintenance and the extended wait time made this rental experience a deeply saddening one.

The speed . I stopped in there told them what I wanted. They said come back at noon drop it off picked it up at 3.done!!
