Trailer Rental at U-Haul

The employees at the location were great. Equipment was good and it was an easy process to rent. I rented a 5x9 trailer with a ramp. What I didn't like was the fact I didn't get a detailed total upon making reservations. Once I picked up the trailer I was able to see the final total but it still wasn't detailed. I was told and quoted $24.95 per day and at 2 days was $49.99 and I realize a state tax and fee would be added. However my final total for a pick up and return to the same location was $79.45. That's nearly $30 in taxes and fees that are not mentioned during the quote and that you find out when you pick up the trailer. I was told there is an extra 13% "rental fee" that is not mentioned anywhere when you attempt to get a quote, only when you pick up the trailer. Again, on my pape
