I took my suv in on Nov 26, 2025. They supposedly overhauled my transmission and put it back together the week of Dec. 1st. I got it back Dec 6th 2025. They never told me not to drive it even though I had already lost power a few times. I knew it had a leak so it should've been fixed when they did the overhaul. Well I haven't had it 3 weeks and I went for an oil change and they told me I had a leak AGAIN. So they didn't fix it. During the time it was there they should've caught the leak and they stated in there process that there wasn't. They lied. The seal they did was messy and now leaking AGAIN. It still jerks when it shifts and triggers the wrench icon. The code it spits out is stating that its transmission oil pressure. So now the pump could possibly be going out and they didn'ttell m

Had to drive 2 hours to Take my 2020 Ford Mustang in to get a transmission replaced and the amazing team at Tranco Was more than happy to help me the best that they could And they were extremely welcoming. At the time of making this review, I have only had the car for three hours and it’s safe to say it drives like new!!! Thank you

Ok so Carmax sent the Jeep Renegade Sport I purchased from them here to be fixed. The customer service is great let me state that first. They answered my questions the times I did call. My 1 star rating is due the their timeline. I was told it arrived on Monday September 8th which was more Carmax's fault. But after it arrived I received no real ETA for completion. The communication with Carmax was so nonexistent that they didn't even know when my car would be ready. It was nearly a month and at that point I decided to get my money back from Carmax. The day I got my money back and got my personal items out of the vehicle I saw them delivering it to Carmax finally completed. I understand they get busy but to take nearly a month to diagnose, order a part, and work on a car is just so ridiculo

Took my old Mustang for service, as I had a small transmission leak. They called to let me know that they had found the leak,and how much it was going to cost. Not being "in the know" about transmissions. They could have told me anything, but they didn't. They were honest, repaired my car quickly and efficiently, for a fair price. Finding people with integrity is a rare trait these days. If you need any transmission, work or repairs definitely go to Tranco Transmission. A cut Above the rest!! Jonathan

Late in the afternoon. Trying to get from California to Texas. Made it 40 miles past Albuquerque. While waiting for a tow back to civilization, I google transmission shops near me. Tranco was the first to pop up. Called and talked to service advisor Shane. I kinda had an idea what the problem was (lines to cooler). He said if I could get my van there before they closed, they would at least take a look. They replaced the lines and little transmission cooler on radiator and had me back on the road the next afternoon. Every one there and Albuquerque in general were very nice people. So if you’re in that area and you have transmission emergency, call these guys first.
