Came in for Power steering 26 Freightliner Issues got me in and out same day!! Clean place showers available customer service was well couple places to eat nearby Tacos, chicken, McDonald's Wendy's... Driver lounge vending machines tv.. #TopFleet

They give us a wrong part, their fault and they refused to return because the package was open and they trying to tell me it’s our mechanics fault they’re not saying they are provided me with the wrong part and now I have to keep apart that’s pointless war $180 just because they provide me with the wrong part so disappointed

I wanted to share my feedback: I was really impressed with how quickly the dealer responded to my issue. They managed to fix a serious problem within a week, which was faster than I expected. Al (Alfonso) and the entire team kept me updated at every step of the repair. They even identified another issue I wasn’t aware of, which was really helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service.

They did a very good job on diagnosing emissions issue. Repairs were made.. Inlet Sensor replaced. Ran SCR emissions test and passed with EPA limits. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Trans Chicago for all your truck repairs and issues.
