Parking stinks with the new trucks parked there. No place to turn around or to pull into when you drive a service truck. And there phone system sucks. When you ha e to call them 4 times for the phone to ring or for the it not to hang up when someone answers. Call them about 3 to 5 times a week. Gets really annoying. I am the kinda person to support my local business. But I am about n to take my business somewhere else

Good customer service but bad technicians After a week spent in a shop the same problem is still there

Don’t buy parts here. They charged me $90 for a core charge and when I brought the core back they said they would refund me $30. This is a joke. Taking it to small claims court. Edit, since you took time to respond but didn’t care to actually look into my case, I’m attaching the Volvo Remack core guidelines you are referencing. How about that? I will keep my initial rating and review since you don’t take complaints seriously here.

I came to this shop with a laundry list of service needs for my truck, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership for service. I had been calling around trying to find the parts I needed, and most places quoted me 10+ days for the repair. This shop not only had the hard-to-find parts, but they also got me back on the road in just two days! Richard the manager was professional, knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain the maintenance work being done. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, which was really appreciated. Yes, the prices were a bit steep, but nothing out of the ordinary for dealership service. Honestly, I value good work, and this is the place to go if you're looking for professional, top-notch service for your truck.
