Worse place to go Took my car for a transmission diagnostic he said that the fee goes towards the labor if I agree to do the work. When we get into it him and his boss said the diagnostic was free and I authorized for them to take my transmission apart, when I already told him his price was ridiculous, they put my car together and police was involved, just to drive down the streets they had tools inside hood and it could’ve mess my fan up or even cause severe damage picture will be attach please choose wisely with these shops

Go to a better transmission shop. Customer service isn’t the best and they are not men of their word. Triple check after you’ve double check the work done even if you have to get another opinion ask as many questions as possible, they don’t have accountability if they’ve made a mistake or misunderstood the task asked for. Yes they have been around for many years but that still doesn’t mean that they conduct good/fair business. Update!!!! J&W transmission is better also more professional. They also give a 1 year warranty that says a lot.

Had great customer service. Manager Ray kept me informed and explained everything that was going on . My 2018 Chevy Traverse was not shifting and not going in reverse. Took it in had a quote the same day. I chose a new transmission from the dealer (I wanted the warranty) my vehicle was complete the next day. Had it for 2 days so far it’s good.

Really great experience at Transmission Express. Brought my truck in and they were able to diagnose the issue right away and get started. Very great job and done fast. Would definitely recommend Transmission Express in the future.
