Transmission Magicians

Needed a trans rebuild and it couldn’t have come at a worse time. Christmas and New Years! Well, these guys took care of business for sure. I work out of my truck so I needed updates. I called every few days as to not bother them too much. They walked me thru the whole thing. I have my truck back now and man does it shift so much better! Friendly staff, exceptionally clean shop, and a very fast turn around!

I had my truck transmission checked there due to a strange feeling while driving. Randy and his guys checked the truck and advised me it was not the transmission and refused to let me pay. Out of curiosity I asked them the price on a new transmission and they quoted me a much lower price than the others I had asked. They take pride in the shop and their work clearly by the way they kept the shop and the way they treated me. I’m glad to find such honest guys still exist and while I don’t want any more trouble I would 100% go back to them first!!

The advice Randy and Oliver proffered was excellent! Their entire facility - - even the shop floor--is cleaner than my car!!. They have a lovely and pristeen living room where customers can rest and talk. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 9/21/23 Transmission Magician is PAR EXCELLENCE... even the tow company contracted by HUM, my roadside assistance provider, already knew how exceptional they are! Their initial discussion and guidance were instrumental in my decision to request repair. They are keenly observant and, in numerous ways, go far above expectations🏆 That is why they deserve 10 stars‼️
