If I could give them a 0 I would. This is been worst volvo dealer I’ve experienced. They do not deserve that responsibilities. My truck got there for electrical inspection and oil separator leak on Fri, Sat no one come to it, Mon we finally got the electrical solution by bypassing positive line between alternator and starter. And I had to observe the progress on Tue because I see they got lack of mechanics! It’s been stressful experience, new separator had to be delivered on Tue noon, and they did not coordinate that it is not even left Nashville TN. So ended up cancelling that part. Waste of time and money.

Do not let this company touch your RV. During a crisis - our RV black tank was damaged and we worked with Transport Equipment for the repair to our underbelly. The tech was poor at communicating - leaving us waiting for hours at a time and then wanted to bill us $185/hr for that time. When he finally showed up for our work to be done, he came without much of the needed equipment and tools. The *repair* that did finally happen left us with more damage to our RV and an underbelly full of water - some of it was black water. The techs we had come out to repair the repair found holes cut too big where the black tank connects to the plumbing and the valve was not operational (because he did not check it before he left, hose clamps on the pex plumbing installed but not crimped, and damage where a

Got me in fast everyone in the office was nice. However the mechanic did not put electrical lines back or tie them up 5200 to do a halfway job. Luckily I checked it before they fell onto the exhaust.

I have to say first everyone has been nice here, they definitely have customer relationship skills. However, I had 2 inspections done on a Mac Granite GU-713 and they were definitely polar opposite reports. I was told that the inspection done here did not make sense with what was listed by Transport equipment. For $400 it was definitely a learning lesson on who you choose to do work for you. I’m at a disadvantage being in a different state, I trusted this shop to find the necessary things needed to be road ready—it was painted as a problem truck by transport equipment—and I was okay with the cost for some honesty. I really don’t feel I got that from these guys.

The AC stopped working on my Volvo, the heat was over 100°F outside, I decided to go to the Volvo dealer, located at 5615 E 3rd Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. Very wonderful guys, quickly made a diagnosis, and identified the breakdown. They changed the compressor under warranty, they didn’t take money from me, they said it was a warranty case, and everything worked. Everything was done within two hours and I left satisfied. Thank them very much. Good team. I recommend.
