Can someone representing Travel Camp reach out to me please. When I tried to register my rv that was purchased from you I was told by VTR50 that the transaction was cancelled and the paperwork was sent to where I made the purchase. I have the sales contract.

Very, very unhappy with Travelcamp We have owned a 2023 RV we bought from them and have not been able to use it because we can’t get a tag for it. It has been over 3 months we sent everything they needed. But still no tag. When we first traded we had to threaten with a lawyer just to get them to payoff our trade in. I have tried numerous times to get someone to help me with 2 emails that were blocked, another person has not even responded yet. We are feeling pretty upset right now and probably going to report to BBB, and also retain our lawyer to help. The tag in picture is our temporary tag that ran out in August.

On December 23rd I purchased a camper from travel Camp Jacksonville off of Beach Boulevard I was told there was some minor damage to the camper from transporting from the Melbourne store that it would be fixed no problem the next week I also noted that camper was covered in Rust the trailer ramps were not aligned properly and decals were missing along with trim and other cosmetic defects. At the end of the following week I called to see if my camper was ready to be picked up I was informed that due to the way it was assembled from the factory they were unable to fix the Cosmetic issues and had to order parts from the manufacturer two weeks later I was informed that the parts still had not been ordered that they were waiting for confirmation they were finally giving confirmation that they c

With most companies who have a reputation to maintain, credibility and great ratings, there is an opportunity the company would jump at to make things right and preserve their reputation. However, when you deal with companies who already have a terrible rating and reputation, it is not like things can get much worse for them so why should they put forth any energy or effort to make things right. We as consumers just have to express ourselves and move on. ...and check online rating better.

My $4,000 Down Payment ...WENT STRAIGHT INTO THEIR POCKET. My loan did not reflect a penny of my Down Payment.. I have a Lawyer working on this to get it REFUNDED!!! Funny how TravelCamp closed their Doors! Mmmm?
