This company is by far the worst, I’ve been going back and forth with them about a manhole that damaged the subframe on my car. The “Claims Adjuster” is trying her best to get some “bonus money”. She insisted that she’s been in auto claims for 6 years and she has never seen this happen and doubted that the manhole damaged it. The construction company that’s insured by them sent over partial photos. I had to submit my own photos . She then stated that according to state guidelines that the construction zone was up to state code which it was not . I went out there with my own tape measure and showed them that the manhole was 3” inches out of the ground . I sent photos in . I have had the absolute worst experience with this insurance company. Let me start by saying I am not insured by them, however a person/vehicle the cover backed into my PARKED truck. The claim was reported the next business day (accident happened on a Sunday, Monday was a holiday). Travelers never contacted me, I waited a little over a week, and reached out to them. They stated that I did not hear from due to the date of the incident was recorded with the wrong year, 2024 rather than 2025. During this time I had already obtained a quote from the repair shop that will be doing the work, which came out to be approximately 6k. If you bother calling the 866 number their AI bot keeps parroting, expect to wait on hold for 1 hour minimum. If you choose the option for them to call you back, you will not receive a callback. Consider this when reading the rest of my review. I would give less than 1 star if I could. Jaclyn Fort was the agent I worked with. Not only did she take weeks before submitting my claim (she forgot, supposedly...I had to call back and bring it up again), but she lied about covering the entire amount. I got shorted close to $100 on the claim. As if the above wasn't bad enough, she actually rejected my claim (again, after saying they'd cover it all) without reaching out to me at all. Website doesn't function properly, they take forever to get back to you with a quote (if they get back to you at all), pass you around for hours since nobody seems to be licensed in all the policies they offer, they can't see your online quote so they ask all the same questions, and the price of the policy is far higher than the false advertisement online.

Customer service is the worst. Don't expect much from them. Little to no contact. Never answers or returns phone calls/emails. Will be dropping this insurance. Rick, Gary, Josh. Just a few of the "helpful" employees they have. I love that every bad review you state you can't discuss claims publicly. But it's not discussion of a claim. It's discussion of your companies awful behavior. Why can't you just fix the actual problem? Or is it because management is just as bad as the team they run?
