Please avoid this insurance at all cost! If you get hurt good luck because this place will have you from doctors appointment to doctor appointment with no real treatment. They will send you to doctors that tell you that your fine go back to work. Their choice of locations is a joke because they're all interconnected or "partner locations". So no matter how much you cry of pain to these doctors they have will always be on the insurance side. They have made my life a living hell!
