I’ve been to TreadMark before for tire repairs and had a wonderful experience, which is why I came back when my Crosstrek needed new lower control arms. Nick was very friendly and accommodating, and they got my car in right away for an inspection. The repair was completed the same day, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is the cost. While the labor rate seemed reasonable (for this area, at least), the parts pricing felt extremely high — about $350 for each control arm, bringing the total to around $1,500 including the labor. From what I’ve researched, that’s higher than what a Subaru dealership would charge for the same job using genuine OEM parts. Easy to book an appointment, they checked out the brakes on an old van I had just purchased, gave me the all clear and cleaned them all up for free. Gave me piece of mind and now I'll always go to them for my car services.

This is my 3rd time getting new tires here and I have to say the service is amazing as usual. Honest, friendly and cost effective prices! I will be back for sure!

Have serviced my car here twice now. The first time they rebalanced a bad tire rotation and balance from Firestone. Very fast, and knowledgeable. I really love supporting smaller businesses. They are very nice and respectful, will keep bringing my cat back!

I'm in here all the time with multiple vehicles. My primary is a juiced up obnoxious Escalade ESV and I drive it like I stole it.
