Took a chance and acquired a pre-owned vehicle. 2017 ford explorer. We purchased the vehicle to provide safe transportation for my family to Denver for a kidney transplant. Jason helped facilitate our financing. After two weeks of having the vehicle we took the initiative to have the vehicle inspected before our trip. Unfortunately, metal shavings were detected in the motor. Now we must rise to the challenge of obtaining a new motor on top of a new kidney. I'm proceeding with the warranty process, which is still pending. The finance company advised me to contact Jason, who seemed unaware of the reason for my call but kindly reminded me of our upcoming monthly payment. :)

Incredibly easy process of finding a vehicle, and document process. Jeremy and Jason are very knowledgeable and explain each item you’re signing in depth so you don’t feel rushed.
