Got me in and my X5 on the lift on a Friday afternoon with no appointment. Jared had the problem sorted in a few minutes and I was back on the road. I’m excited that there is a BMW shop on this side of town, our car will be going here for sure.

We recently moved to the area and moved our Porsche 911 out of storage to enjoy this years driving season but before we did it needed a major service and some maintenance. We didn't want to break the bank at the dealership so we contacted the owner of this shop and he welcomed us while providing us insight to the repairs and equipment needed. Treasure Valley European service and tech was knowledgeable and accommodating with our requests and schedule. They got us in and went over and beyond in regard to one of our requests and taking care of the car. In the end the car was finished a day early, everything back to spec and in shape as when we dropped it off while being very reasonable on price.
