My experience with the tow-truck driver and the owner of Treat’s Garage & Towing was professional. They gave me clear instructions and communicated the exact location of my vehicle, a 2006 Nissan Armada that had a rear-driver-side blowout while I was traveling south. This was my first experience on the New Jersey Turnpike, and I was shocked to learn about the state law that restricts insurance-backed towing, third-party towing, or any alternative that doesn’t involve the Turnpike’s contracted company. Although the pricing feels excessive, Treat’s Garage & Towing is operating within the system that New Jersey has put in place. We drove one hour to buy a truck from these people. Over the phone and online, the son told us the price was $63,000. We agreed on that price and went there. However, when we arrived, his father came and said he would not sell the truck for less than$67,000. We explained that we had already agreed on $63,000 with his son, but they refused to honor that price. We tried to negotiate, but they did not accept. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Please be careful if you decide to do business with them. We truly regret wasting our time.

We had a flat tire on the NJTPK with our 1 year old baby in the car! Adam arrived in less than 20 mins and swiftly got everyone safely in his truck before loading our car on his flatbed. We were at the tire shop in no time at all. Thank you Adam for rescuing us and prioritizing our safety. Great to meet you brother!

After a major mishap and two flat tires, I was referred to Treats Garage for help. I couldn’t be more grateful for their quick assistance, making me feel safe and taken care of in a challenging situation. They were kind, reasonable and got the work done with efficiency. Thank you so much!

I got my car towed by Treat’s Garage off the NJ turnpike. The tow driver Bill originally quoted me $170 but when I told him I wanted to go to another shop instead of Treat’s he increased the price to $340. The tow to the other shop was just 8 miles from the turnpike and only 3 miles away from Treat’s. He tried to scam me by doubling the price. I tried calling the office to resolve this, and the receptionist told me “Our tow drivers can charge whatever they want for delivery fees”. So I filed a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and Treat’s agreed to the overcharge and I am now getting refunded. It’s a shame to think about how many other customers they have done this to and gotten away with. Do not give them your business, go elsewhere!
