I drive by this shop almost daily and I saw their AC service sign out. Finally decided to pull the trigger to get my AC recharged. I came in after it was done and they told me “no charge for the service” I guess my AC pump just needed a button to reset and my Freon was full. They didn’t charge me ANYTHING. I must not have needed service but their honest approach deserves five stars and when I’m in need of service again, I will definitely reach out. Thank you again!!

Long story short I had work done on my car at home before my trip to Salem. I got off the interstate after driving for 4 hours, my car “slid” followed by the awful smell of burning rubber. Pulled over look at my wheel and my mechanic at home forgot to tighten a bolt connecting the wheel to the control arm. Contacted my mechanic back home and he found Tremont Auto. The owner came within 15 minutes jacked my car up took the wheel off and replaced the missing bolt, if I lived here this would be my new repair shop no questions asked. Not only was the job done well and in a timely manner, the fact that this owner came out to help me with this says a lot about this business and the owner himself! Thank you so much!

Tremont auto went above and beyond to fix a misfire Issue that no other mechanic would touch or could even diagnose properly. Tremont repaired everything asked, and even maintenanced minor repairs. Completely trustworthy and skilled shop, can’t recommend enough.

Won't ever go anywhere else for repairs. They are very detailed in telling you what needs fixing. Reasonable pricing. Also recently purchased a vehicle from them and they went above and beyond!
