I have booked twice with Trey motors for a diagnostic . The first booking wasn’t completed because of a miscommunication on whether he would be traveling to me or I needed to bring the car to him . Today I had another booking for 12pm . this time clearly booking for a travel diagnostic . He texted me an hr before the appointment letting me know that he would be a little late making it to the appointment because he is 45mins away and is wrapping up at the shop . Which was fine , but Hours pass by with no communication from him . So I decided to text and ask would he still be able to make it and now 5 hrs has passed with no response .
Trey is a great guy got my car running better than ever very nice and great costumer service!!!
