Referred by my granddaughter. Sal is honest and does good work. Also excellent pricing. Happy I found this place since I have an older car and who knows what might come up again. I highly recommend this shop. You won't be sorry.

Rude as hell. I never make reviews but the guy I spoke to here was condescending, dismissive and had no type of professionalism. I knew they had low-quality service when I saw they had 40 cars packed in like a junkyard collecting dust. Go see it for yourself. I see people bringing their luxury cars here, and I can confidently say I would never take my car to such a cheap place. Run while you can.

So I was referred here by Eddy of Proper Auto Body shop, who I completely Trust. And I am so GRATEFUL because Sal the owner is one of the good guys!! He's honest and puts his customers first. He will try to help you and not take advantage of you. That's a huge plus...especially for a female. I used to have to go all the way to Sacramento to a mechanic friend of my father's. So, I am grateful to find somebody local that I can trust and that guarantees his work 100%.

Tri was a great, honest mechanic. He relocated out of state. My car is 24 years old and runs like a dream. I had a check engine light issue that needed to be diagnosed. The business is under new ownership, and the new owner lacks integrity. He assumed I did not know much about cars because I am female and quoted 3 times the price for the repair. I left and will not be going back.

Update: The review below was from 2 years ago when I had a great experience. More recently Tri Auto has changed hands and the new owner is untrustworthy. I took a work truck there with a check engine light on, they quoted a high amount to fix the problem but I went with it anyway. 5 DAYS LATER after a few unreturned phone calls we get the truck back. The owner says he fixed the problem by taking a part off HIS OWN TRUCK and installed it in mine. Who does that?!? We passed smog, but now about a week later the check engine light is on again but there is no way I am bringing it back to them to clean up their mess. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My prior 5 star review from 2 years ago with the prior owner: Took my GMC truck there for the first time for a check engine light and to check my suspens
