These guys were fantastic. Our trailer hub had a failure and they worked with us to get us back on the road quickly. They made sure our equipment was safe overnight while we had to go pick up parts in Indiana. I can't thank the enough for their professionalism and quick repairs to get us back on the road.

Thank goodness for them! They've got my little go go (Ford Fiesta) back on track again! From the brakes, the a/c vac to additionals, they got it all squared away along with keeping communication in between via phone every step of the way. Costs was lesser than what I was expecting too! The Team at Tri-State worked on my Suburban that was having Transmission issues. The Mechanics and Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me updated with every task and kept me informed on every penny it would cost. Very affordable, very professional, and overall just great. Highly recommend this Garage for your services. The repairs I requested were done properly. However, I requested a Royal Purple change and they did not do as requested and provided some Napa brand oil that requires me to purge my engine and that is bad business. When I complained they didn't offer me anything. Very disappointing for a business to make a blatant mistake and not take responsibility. Hold them accountable, I do not trust them.
