Tri-State Glass

When I called to replace a single pane window that had been broken in an attempted break in, they sent me a multi-page pdf to fill out, including my credit information. The pdf was branded with several additional business names, so I understood then I had not called an actual glazier but a door company of some kind. I tried calling back to explain I had no need to buy anything that would be large enough to require a credit query. I explained I would pay with cash most likely or company check. I eventually found a local glazier that was able to set up an appointment with me by phone with out needing so much background information to do business with me.
