Tri-State Transmission & Auto Repair

I currently have a vehicle at this shop, that has been exhibiting some of the most bizarre symptoms anyone has ever seen. From the get-go these guys have been reasonable with pricing and have gone (are still going) above and beyond to try to figure out what is going on with my vehicle. Along with reasonable, so far they have been thorough, informative, and friendly throughout this entire process. These guys are working tirelessly to get this dang mystery car running for me and I couldn't appreciate what they are doing more!! 5 stars all the way. I don't think I'll be bringing a vehicle somewhere else for repairs again!

Andrew was able to fit us in and change our tire. Even though there were other challenges along the way Andrew remained professional when I just wanted to have a melt down. Im glad we took it to him to be fixed because if I just changed the tire myself I never would have known about the other things that could be a road hazard. I definitely wouldn't know how to replace the bolts that broke.

I don't know how they justify this. I sent a friend there and they are charging him THREE GRAND to REBUILD a transmission with only a 30DAY WARRANTY...and that's WITHOUT them removing or installing it! & he could have bought a BRAND NEW transmission for $2800 with a TEN YEAR 100,000 mile warranty! ..they could have ordered & sold him a new one and still made 200 bucks and he would have a MUCH BETTER warranty AND a NEW TRANSMISSION not a rebuilt used one!! I heard good things initially about them when they first opened and the owner was doing the work but since then not so much.. I won't recommend them again.. next recommendation I give will be to order a NEW ONE to SAVE MONEY get a WAY BETTER WARRANTY and a NEW TRANSMISSION!

I’ve always entrusted Scott with any issues I’ve had over the past 15 years. He’s the only person I trust with transmission issues. Fair pricing and has never steered me wrong!

Had my transmission fixed here. Timely, good price, and included warranty. Good communication with me and no issues. Would recommend to family and friends.
