I’m very happy with their work, especially Jack at the front desk. He’s very friendly, understands exactly what I need, and knows how to handle everything professionally. The whole team was extremely helpful and took the time to explain each and every issue with my truck, including what was causing the fault. They were quick and efficient and didn’t waste my time at all. Everyone clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend this Volvo and Mack dealership to anyone having issues with their Volvo or Mack truck.

I took my truck in for de rate issue and AC. I also told them that the EPU wasn't working. I got in just after 7am. This crew was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I had read the reviews before going in and was open to how my issues would be treated. In the past, I've said some very ugly things to mechanics (at other shops) who thought they knew everything. They fixed ALL of my issues, I was comfortable while I waited. My service dog was also treated well. I was in and out by 12:30 at the latest same day. Truly outstanding work, very quick and super professional without making this driver feel like an idiot! I was fortunate to be in Joplin when I had the issues with my truck. The shop was fast and friendly despite being very busy. The mechanic was knowledgeable and communicative. The driver's lounge was comfortable and quiet with a big screen tv and magazines. The lounge also has a private bathroom with a shower in case you're there for a while. The rest of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and they have candy, so you gotta like that.

They ran the part out to me which is great I had to sign papers because a bunch of shady people are doing chargebacks on credit cards which is horrible for a company that's actually willing to run apart out to a truck driver free of charge we need to do better for companies like this that are willing to run parts to independent o/o. Thanks a million!!!!
