Patrick was great to work with when looking for a used box truck. Most communication was done remotely and he was nice enough to send a walk-through video of the truck I was interested in. He went above and beyond to make sure the truck was ready, addressing any concerns I had, and was very helpful throughout the entire process! Ended up buying a 16 ft Isuzu NPR HD box truck that will be put to good use!

I brought a 2019 international 4300 which I was skeptical since I had brought one that turned out to be a lemon Pat had me bring it back to get a free oil change which during that time there was leakage under the radiator so not that’s a 1900 job I just drove of with the truck only 3 weeks prior the warranty doesn’t cover it as well so when I talked to Pat he let me kno by law he doesn’t have to do anything but to show good faith he paid half of The repairs with me!!! With business like that I would be back to buy my second truck as well!!!!

I brought a 2018 Freightliner Cab and Chassis it was a good price. I was kinda apprehensive because it was so far away. I'm in California. I talked to Patrick several times even on the weekends. He sent me a Video of the Truck and a walk around of it. Truck arrived just as if was depicted in the Video. Once again big Thanks to Tri State Trucks!!

The sales person Patrick was very rude to me a customer that called to purchase a truck." Don't understand why maybe hate for certain people but I don't even need financing I guess they love to look at those trucks rot on their lot. Cash is king just remember that and as long as manufacturers are making trucks every day I'll be good it's plenty of trucks to choose from but since the trucking industry is filled with people that don't have money to either buy trucks or able to get financing it's hard times for all you truck dealers.
