Marcus down at Triad Auto Mall got me into a 2018 Hyundai Accent with no issues! I have multiple repos on my history and everything but they still got me into a good vehicle. Overall coming into the situation I could’ve paid a lot more for the car that I got but honestly they worked their magic. I was able to get me in a nice good car good on gas and my payments are low in the 200s exactly Great place to go to if you’re trying to find a car and you need one like ASAP good people Seriously recommended

I had a very great experience with the sales woman and man . They both were really nice and helpful and did everything they could do to get us in a car that same day. Amazing service . Definitely will be back for another vehicle soon and will be referring a lot of people to come and shop at triad auto mall.

The staff was very friendly and very professional, Amy was a great help to me with my contract in my deal, Marcus was super friendly. He gave me the best test drive I’ve had in a long time, very informative individual, And the mechanics were also very nice and quick with my vehicle. Whenever I need to bring it by for servicing, I highly recommend this place!!!

-PLEASE SHARE AND BE AWARE- DO NOT take your money to Triad Auto Mall they got me for $2500 on Jan-14-2026 headgasket was blown by Jan-22-2026. I then had it towed back up there thinking they would fix it, they said it was my fault even though I only had it for 8 days and that I would have to pay an extra 1,000 to get it fixed 🤦🏾‍♀️ Fast forward to today I called to tell them Im coming to have the car looked at by my own mechanic NOW The car no longer belongs to me they took back possession of the car with my stuff still in it and my money is theirs because I had it for 8 days and the gasket blew mind you they told me 4 different issues before it was the headgasket 🤔 I feel so defeated right🥺 now but this aint the end 🙏🏾 Please SHARE this to make people aware of how they taking advantage
