I've been getting my car serviced here for years, from check engine lights to oil changes to repairs. I've always gotten excellent service for my car, and great customer service from Matt. He gives me great advice I can understand (I am not a car person whatsoever lol) and I can tell he cares a lot. The service is timely and he is great at communicating prices, timing and possible future troubles my car might run into. I've since moved nearly an hour away from buffalo and I still return to get my car serviced here.

I’ve been going to Tringali’s since I moved to the Northtowns 3 years ago. Matt and the crew have been great! Fair prices, always take time to answer my questions, and they keep my older vehicle running great.

Willing to change this review if they reconcile - but this business has a public charging station out front, in a very useful area for hertel visitors and residence, however they constantly, and i mean constantly (i check daily) have the spots filled with a work van and a broken down vehicle not allowing any access to these. They are blocked so often that not a single EV app has a single review of the use of them, despite technically working. Then on the weekends they keep the spots occupied while closed so there is 0 use of them even in the off hours. The cord is also not long enough to reach any car but ones specifically put into their designated spots. I have taken my vehicles to Triangali’s over the last 5 years or so. From minor stuff like NYS inspection, tire change, to major stuff like full exhaust pipe replacements. I just brought my vehicle back from service today and felt compelled to write this review. They are always kind and always professional. No BS pricing that always feels like a good value. Truly a gem in north buffalo for anyone with vehicle service needs. Could not recommend them more strongly!

This place is great -- very friendly and helpful! Wasn't sure what was going on with my car and they were able to quickly assess what was going on and fix it for me. I've had bad experiences of being taken advantage of at car shops in the past and this experience was anything but that! Highly recommend.
