STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I purchased a 2013 Audi Q7 from Triple Crown Auto Sales on September 5th, 2025, and it has been one of the most disappointing car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. When I inspected the vehicle, I noticed it was overdue for an oil change and that the gas tank gauge wasn’t working correctly. The staff assured me that their vehicles are fairly priced since all employees are salaried, and they even said their service department would take care of any issues we noticed and they agreed to fix the gas tank which was not indicating properly. Unfortunately, the first night we brought the car home, it left a large puddle of oil in our driveway. I called immediately to report the issue, and the service staff told me they’d handle it at the same time as the gas tank repair

As an out of state buyer, it can be daunting to purchase a vehicle. I got in a position where I needed a vehicle quickly. Had to pick a dealer in town for convenience. Contacted my Nephew who deals cars in Elk Grove. Too far and poor selection. He recommended Triple Crown. I looked online and found the one I wanted. I arrived at dealer at met with Dan. Told him what I want and made all the arrangements. Next day within an hour I was driving out happy with my vehicle. Passenger door would not open from the outside. They immediately made it right. 22 hours after purchase check engine light came on. Again, immediately addressed the issue. Ryan, Cody, and the rest of the service department did a quick and excellent service. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the future.
