Triple S Performance and Repair

I had my water pump replaced by Tristian and Jake, and they were honestly great to work with. The staff was super friendly and really understanding. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong — they actually showed me the problem, explained why it needed to be fixed, and how it ended up happening in the first place. They answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and the price was more than generous for the work that they did. They got everything done quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be going back if I need anything else done.

Me and my family were traveling through mena from texarkana to Springfield MO, on our way into town at 1am we got a flat tire at a EZ Mart, many passed by watching me struggle to get my spare tire loose, and then we saw Jake ( i couldn't for the life of me remember his last name) and without hesitation he was underneath my car. Many people would of just went on about their night especially a Saturday night, but Jake not only helped me get my tire off, bought the plugs himself, mounted and torque on. We were on our way and he didnt even ask for anything in return. I didnt get to experience the shop but if they have an employee like Jake then it must be damn good.

Tristan helped me out in a bind the best he could while traveling through mena, he was super nice and understanding of the situation he got me in overnight and had my exhaust fixed up. And they are very reasonably priced, I will definitely use these guys again if I have issue traveling through mena.
