TriStar Collision Hendersonville

My Volkswagen sustained some pretty serious damage back in October that required both driver's side doors to be replaced. The VW Dealership in North Nashville recommended TriStar Collision as the place to get my car fixed - and I am so glad I took them up on that suggestion. Within 2 weeks, TriStar had me booked to drop my car off and start the repairs. From the start, they were responsive and committed to getting my car repaired ASAP. I originally dropped it off at their Nashville location, but shortly after they asked me if they could transfer the car to their Hendersonville shop so they could complete it faster. They worked on my car thru progressive insurance after I got in an accident and they were very good. My car looks amazing. They let me know each time my car was in a different phase of recovery.

These guys are hands down the absolute best. I read through their reviews and just out of curiosity, talked to some of the technicians and the bad reviews actually made total sense when explained. I decided to give them a shot despite the bad reviews- based on the way they treated me while I was there, as well as other referrals to them I had been given. I was very glad I did. They gained a loyal customer out of me and my family due to their amazing customer service, transparency, and professionalism.

They had the cheapest quote BY FAR and he worked on my vehicle and got it back to me extremely quick. Hopefully we won’t have to take any more cars in to get fixed, but if we do, these guys are the BEST in Nashville.

I love this place they are honest and they have the best mechanics, after my wreck my car was a mess and they cleaned it up and they even found $240 and was honest enough to leave it in my car, and they had my car for almost 2 months this is the best place in the world I would take my car here over anywhere, honest people are the best people to work with in this proved that this was a 100% amazing place
