This is my second time dealing with Tritex. I had a wonderful experience. The respect I received was very much appreciated. They have a professional environment with a down home feel. When my vehicle was hit it was terrible /traumatic event. In my regular everyday life I am a Manager. I was able to focus on my demanding job, while I let Tritex worry about repairs/insurance adjusters. They replaced and painted bumper, fender and the left headlight. I don’t want to get into an accident anytime soon. But if I do Tritex will be the first place I call. If you need, help you should to. Mohamad, Ali, Jorge and associates Job well done.

I have not experienced an ethical service provider for repairs and body works like Tritex Auto in quite some time. They identify the real issues and only recommend what needs to be fixed. Very professional team and treat their customers extremely professionally and politely. In my experience, if they wanted to charge me extravagantly for my repairs, they had all the chances to do so but they found out the exact problem area, recommended what needs to be fixed to bring the vehicle back to its original shape, and provided me quote for the same. Once I approved the quote, they they went ahead and got the repairs done so well that those vehicle parts worked as smooth as how I got them from the dealership. Got two of my vehicles detailed a 23 Mercedes GLE 350 and my 21 Silverado 3500 dually. If I could it would be a 10/10 for both my vehicles, the attention to detail is great especially in those little hard to reach places that get so much dirt like the ac vent flaps. I would truly recommend Tritex for detailings they took their time with my vehicles and made it look better than the day I bought them! Thanks Tritex!!
