These people are absolute miracle workers. I brought my car to the Volkswagen dealership twice trying to track down a slow tire leak, and both times they couldn’t find it—sending me on my way to keep refilling my tire weekly. I finally took my car to TRL, and within 30 minutes they found the leak and discovered a nail in another tire. They patched both for under $100. Beyond the incredible service, they were kind, honest, and clearly not trying to overcharge or upsell. I will be recommending this auto shop to everyone I know. If you want competent, caring, trustworthy service—this is the place.

Brought my suburban in for an alignment with BRAND NEW inner and outer tie rods installed. These guys actually had the audacity to say they can't align it for some reason and said it'll be HUNDREDS of dollars to take off my new tie rods and put them right back on. What? I'm a local shop owner too and I needed their alignment equipment for a repair. Well I'm here too tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague. They will scam you badly!

I’ve been coming here for years. Even brought company vehicles here. Called for a battery and was told 204 plus 35 for install. Decided to just do it and went to pick it up and it’s a charge of 18.00 for shop supplies. I ask what that charge is and they said it’s to change the battery but I asked well it says here 35.00 for battery install. She said it was shop supplies but wouldn't tell me what they used. Then just said it’s a standard charge. So they charge 18.00 for everything. SCAM. Just trying to get extra money. Never again will I bring a vehicle in or have my company bring anything in.

I would have given them five stars if they were a little nicer. Regarding the work they did for me, I give them five stars, it was very good, my vehicle was aligned and the price was reasonable.

Brought in a Pontiac G6 2005 for a wheel alignment. They had to check my car if it had any problems they had to fix for a $40 check up fee. I had a good service, until they tried charging me an OUTSTANDING $945 for the inner tie rod ends, right front lower control arm, and the alignment. I immediately declined, because I had those parts replaced a couple months ago, for a way cheaper price. The parts were still good. This place charged me $400 for parts and $505 for labor, but still took $40 from me because of a check up fee. I got an alignment somewhere else without needing a mechanical fix. I will NEVER return to this place ever again for OVERPRICING.
