Grateful for a new trailer tire after a blow out just about two hours away from home. Then after sitting with things charging and lights on we were dead and he was able to jump us. Good customer service and glad to be back on the road.

We broke down in Madison over an hour from home with our 79 lowered classic car, which required a flat bed trailer, and after 2 hours of phone calls and no luck we called this place that a family member suggested and he was so helpful and headed our way to tow us home! We were so grateful! He was very friendly and experienced in loading our low profile car safely onto the tow truck! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! Out turkey hunting off the back roads of Dane Co on a cold sleety day & my dad’s truck decided not to start. Called Trollway as Mt Horeb was the closest community. Answered immediately and even though no trucks were currently available and he wasn’t sure he’d be able to get to it that day, he wrote down our location and that of the mechanic I wanted it towed to. A few hours later I got a text message confirming the truck had been towed and the key left with the mechanic. Professional, helpful and understanding. Would use them again in a hot minute.

It was Sunday night and we were two hours from home with a flat tire. After several calls with no luck, we got in touch with Will. He picked us up minutes after we called and dropped us off at a nearby restaurant while he took the vehicle to replace the tire. We knew we were at his mercy with no other options. He had it fixed in a jiffy, charged us a very reasonable fee, and had us back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We ended up with a very fast and very terrible flat out in mt Horeb on our way out to Tyrol and Will was able to help us plug the tire and fill it back up with air within 30 minutes. He was very calm and efficient and explained to us exactly what we could do next if we ran into any further issues. Very reasonable rates and really helped us make the best out of a bad situation. Highly recommend!! He also has a tow truck but him being able to save our tire on the spot was truly amazing.
