I had a great experience here. They stayed open late to help me, offered me a ride to help out, and they even texted me to see if I got my problems resolved. Service was super quick and efficient, the guys were friendly, they didn't try to upsell me, but when I pressed them about my tire health they gave me a lot of good information. I was quoted a synthetic oil change at (I believe) $115, which I thought was high, but when I googled it I found that's in the normal range (on the highish end depending on what type of oil and how much they use). I went with a regular oil change for $65. I like the people here and I'm happy with the service so far. I'll update you with any issues, but so far, I've been very pleased and will be a returning customer. They offer most services but not for muff

These guys are the best around!! The prices are no comparison to other big name tire shops. Always a deal. I highly recommend them. They took great care of my Ram with oversized tires. They are always very friendly and work fast, you’ll be back on the road in no time.

DO NOT GO HERE! ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AN ALIGNMENT! Did not inspect my suspension and had both BAD tie rods and control arms on drivers side! TOOK TO TWO OTHER SUSPENSION SHOPS and was told to go back because they should have not aligned it in the condition. The lady in the front was nothing but a jerk and unprofessional calling me a liar and that I would not get a refund back. Returned 3 times was her excuse (I wonder why I came back 3 times! Ya dummy the suspension had bad components and that was 3 times your shop had to do the job CORRECTLY), following this will be a call to the Better Business Burea since she wanted to mock me and my comment about the BBB. Please close this place down this is the second experience like this in less than 6 months! CROOKS! Showed receipts of parts and still

They are very nice and the price is decent. Do not get alignment from them. They have no ability to show you the work was done correctly. As soon as you drive away, any problem is yours. In 3 months, $600/ tire are ruined and require replacement but it’s nothing Tropical did.
