TROUTDALE TOWING

Absolutely awful. After a eta of 30 minutes to an hor the truck finally showed up 2.5 hours later. By then the police had already called another company which was there faster. They still tried to charge me the whole bill. Don't call tow companies that charge up front. I was charged over 500 dollars for nothing. They blamed me for canceling a tow I never canceled. Take your business any where else.

Cris pulled up for me, when I had a flat tire in the gorge. Absolutely saved the day.

Our car got stuck on an icy road up in Corbett, we called a couple towing services but they were either absurdly expensive or would’ve taken too long. They quoted us a very fair price for wenching us out and they were on-site within 45 min. Super fast to pull the car out, and super friendly and patient with us. Definitely a service with integrity.

With everything covered in ice, this gentleman showed up and pulled out 4 people from out lot. I'm sure at least 2 of them were courtesy, he just wanted to help everyone out that night. He was thorough and safe and it was great to have him there. An incredibly helpful person to have around when you are stuck.

Listen I was down bad on the side of the freeway with my kids these guys helped out so much I promise you they really came as soon as possible literally the best if you ever need anything go with them specially Chris he’s such a great person understandable one at that point and helped me a lot I thank your team and dispatch in everyone that helped me and my family get home safe and great!
